On the afternoon of January 25th, the year-end summary meeting of Shangman Company was held as scheduled, and all members of the Shangman family gathered together happily. At the meeting, the advanced employees and excellent departments were first commended to motivate morale, create good results together, and drive all employees to actively and conscientiously do their work, contributing their own strength to the company.

       Then, outstanding managers from each department will summarize and report on their work over the past year. At the end of the meeting, our company's Mr. Lin will give a speech, affirming the achievements of each department and acknowledging the efforts and sweat put in by all colleagues during the process. We will analyze the difficulties and problems that have arisen over the past year and their solutions, summarize our experience, and provide reference for similar problems and difficulties encountered in future work.

       Clarified the work direction for next year, put forward requirements for next year's work, gave high expectations, and encouraged all employees to work together to create more benefits for Shangman Company.

       Through Mr. Lin's speech, all employees gained a more thorough understanding of the company's current situation and clarified their work goals. Quality determines life, and delivery time determines reputation.
